I'm Antonia, Managing Director of ProductLens. I come from a product-driven background and have been working at the intersection of product, technology, and business for several years. During this time, I've repeatedly seen how much valuable customer feedback is buried in reviews, support requests, and market data – and how rarely it's systematically used for product and business decisions in day-to-day work.

In parallel, Unfuture GmbH developed an AI-based analysis tool for Dr. Wolff that automatically evaluates customer feedback and structures it for product decisions.

When I got to know Unfuture GmbH and this product, it was immediately clear: it addresses a core problem that many companies face – not just a single client. Together, we decided to establish ProductLens as an independent company – in a partnership between Dr. Wolff, Unfuture, and myself as Managing Director.
